  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, torn
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

    In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand 5 minutes until foamy
